Chef…I know you’re the CHEF…But the best French Toast is a result of toasting the bread 1ST!!! Then dip it in the milk or whatever special ingredients you love then to the frying pan! This way it holds up and isn’t soft and flat! It’s adjacent to making really good bread pudding! That’s NOT SOGGY
