Why do we need this?id there is no problem then we need no law. You should beware of people who try to pass laws under the guise of safety when they only believe that there will be a problem but have no evidence to support their claim and just because some other city does it is no excuse. That city is not this city Who ever brought up this nonsense regulation is not the arbiter of what is right or safe you are not the parents of the community you are in service of it so when the day come that this is a problem then we will deal with it then and not before like some dictatorship. As if they think everyone is going to start erecting digital signs up in there front yard so they can broadcast their own podcast to people driving by. What a lack of imagination by the city planners.
