Kersti Pitre it's been 2 months since I have been trying to get that hairstyle. One girl charged me 100$ the other one never replied. I'm bra strap length and just wanted a change. I'm tired of two strands twist, so finally I bought myself 2 short wigs and I look bomb on them. I'm still not over the braids yet but I refuse to pay $100.

Love this! Can you create a style similar to this but without the wrap around? I keep looking for a style that I have in my head and haven't seen it on anyone so it's hard to put into words lol. The best way I can explain it is to have the back hanging down vs doing a wrap around... but still having braids hang down on one side of your face like in the video. I hope that makes sense lol!

Youre just so talented 😩 I can't get my braids tight for anything. As soon as I let go the whole thing unravels faster than it took to braid it. And what kills me is my hands will be so sore from gripping so hard but the braid is still so loose 🙄

I cut all of my hair off back in August and started growing it back out. I have about 5" of hair now so I asked my aunt to do this style on me. She accepted and did something close to this style but she braided too tight and my edges are suffering, which sucks because I'd been working on improving them over these last few months and they were looking great so now I have to start over. Anyway, beautiful style and good luck to anyone that wants to recreate it 💕

You are gorgeous 😍 I had a similar bald spot as yours and put Jamaican black castor oil on it every night and it has grown back completely, I'm sure it would work for you. Also what is the name of the beauty supply store you got the beads from?
@Elle.Webb117 жыл бұрын
How long did it take to fill in?
@huntercoleman73697 жыл бұрын
Elle W It took about 10 months or so but I didn't do it correctly, I was putting the oil in my hair then I'd turn around and install box braids or faux locs. But when I gave the box braids a break they would fill in again, and if I got tired of the same old hairstyle everyday I'd install some crochet braids, leave out my hair where the spot was and just hide it behind the crochet hair. I also washed my hair with the Jamaican Black shampoo by Shea Moisture which helped immensely.

awesome video awesome style. I noticed you and me have the same problem with the eyes having brownish pigmentations in the white of the eye but yours isn't as worse as mine so not even really noticeable ... you get it if you don't wear sunglasses much and expose your eyes too much direct to the sun... this is sun damage hope I could give you a tip if you didn't know and want to prevent it in the future
