do you know what I don't get? if you love someone and they tell you that someone touched them up without their say so then you can't blame the guy for coming round to smash the disks face in. That's love. That's how guys love and you have their protection - that's what they do protect and defend your honnor - so a note to women, if you don't want your man to storm and smash their faces in don't tell them!! Cos that is showing you how much they love you - not to mess around with you!!!

I imagine Chris has had to apologise to a woman quite a few times, but for all Chris' faults which I admit are plenty, at least he wasn't a rapist. Why did Maria have to show up right then?

This is what frustrates me. I would've LOVED Frank as a character, minus: 1) Him coming onto Maria even though she's in a relationship. It's the hypocrisy that was the nail in the coffin here, imo. If she were single, then MAYBE I could buy that he honestly misread things (some men simply aren't taught boundaries at home), but the fact she already had a man, and Frank knew? Frank wouldn't want his woman going and having "just a bit of fun" with another man, right? In fact, he took Carla's and his commitment to each other (which would happen later in the storyline) VERY serious, which I found sexy. If he actually had the same respect for other people's relationships... 😏 But nooo, he couldn't give the same respect to Maria's boyfriend when it comes to HIS woman. Naw, that alone made him a shit person. Hypocrisy is enough to turn me off you REGARDLESS of anything else. It tells me you have standards of others but hold yourself to none. 2) The rape of Carla, which I could've forgiven the character for had he owned up. He was incredibly hurt by Carla, and in his own way, I'm convinced he had real feelings for her, but that's of course no excuse. His obsession with Carla and devastation of the break up is, I think, what leads him to become a monster in pursuit of revenge, which leads me to point... 3) Him starting that stupid affair with Sally breaking her heart, and then selling her and other factory employees down the river just to get back at Carla. Again, this is very hypocritical, since he's mad at Carla for basically the same thing, lying to him, breaking his heart, and using him in the process, which I'll admit, he WAS right about. But he doesn't get moral high ground when he himself hurt innocent people for his own ends.

I’ve sort of skim read some of your comment and I totally agree with the start of it. I’ve said that, I’d never make a move on any woman at all, no matter if they were single or not. Yeah, Frank knew Maria had a boyfriend so that makes him r**arded and he has no life. Yeah, Rank was a hypocrite, being angry at Carla for thinking about Peter and not even being in a relationship with him, after he tried to rape Maria and we know he did because when Maria got up, he pushed her back onto the sofa and started kissing her.

Another thing, Carla ending it with Rank was karma for him trying to rape Maria. Lol, Rapist Rank got dumped haha.
