Martin should have stood up to Gail for Sarah. He would have said Gail you do not treat your daughter like that if Sarah said she isn't hungry she isn't so leave her alone.

sister chan asmr Yes I did know but thanks :) She wanted to loose weight as a result of getting pregnant and gaining more weight so that's why I'm not sure she was anorexic. Anorexia more so springs from a subconscious reaction to something not from an obvious cause like gaining weight from pregnancy. Yes I'm unsure what the case was too
