Liz isn't happy with Tracy's presence? What would she do if it was the other way around and she was a paying customer? She'd show her face and she wouldn't be told what to do but she'll tell anyone else what to do and Tracy accepted that warning, maybe she was a little disrespectful in taking it but she accepted it. The thing is when everyone you know is against you in the bar, (Tracy) you don't want to show any weakness for the other women to exploit you anymore than they normally would. Eileen, made a mistake she could have easily corrected it but she was funny with Tracy and working in customer service myself if an inspector came in they would have all failed. Whether a customer is right or wrong you handle them respectfully (its Corrie, but still) And I think that that Liz thought Tracy was messing around when she came to see what the problem was, and when Tracy started talking about a small glass of red because Liz knew she'd order normally a large glass of red she thought Tracy was messing around and had no patience.
