The lad who plays Max is brilliant. Just reading all these comments on how much he is disliked. It’s called acting people. Jack P Shepherd (David) was just the same at that age. He was immensely talented as a kid, at making you believe he was David, and the lad playing Max is the same. The only thing that irritates me is how long writers drag storylines out, and do things that other soaps did ages ago.

The thing that angers me is that anyone who is portrayed as right leaning is always portrayed as a racist or a thug.. And this is in everything.. Corrie is the only soap I still watch.. But dam theres so much propaganda.. The year we had those terrorist attacks all the culprits were middle eastern in ethnicity..The heroes that stopped them were white and one was black.. Yet how many story lines are we seeing where a white Brit is being a terrorist and the ethnic minority is the hero.. If it's a one off storyline then fine.. But its not a one off,, its all the time... And it's the opposite to what actually happened in reality.

I don't know how Max is going to come back from this. He might not have intended to hurt anyone, but it's obvious there's a lot of anger beneath the surface. He blames everyone else including David for how his life turned out not realizing that he actually caused most of his own problems. I know his mum died and he has ADHD, but that doesn't give him the right to treat other people like they don't matter

It's obvious that Blake who bullied Max is paying him back .. due to Griff standing up for Max. Fighting words have been around for a long time. Max didn't tell Blake to go out and kill. Griff definitely brainwashed Max.

Really?? What exactly has he done wrong.. This show is full of propaganda.. In REALITY, When we had all those terrorist attacks the culprits were all middle eastern in ethnicity, and the heros that stopped some of these events were white Brits and in one case in was a black brit.. But lately o there have been loads of storylines in soaps where the terrorists are white and the heroes are muslim.. Which is fine but its litterally every storyline.

I can't stand hearing Max speak. I don't know if the actor is doing it on purpuse or if this is actually how he speaks but every words drips of sarcasm,it sounds like he's forcing himself to sound soft by half wishpering and he always sounds like he's asking a question even when he isn't.

Max is right here. Legally, at least. Max did not tell anyone to commit any violence. If someone else interpreted it that way, then that's their problem. There's a serious problem with the law in this country.

No but people like him would use their childhood as an excuse. Like the school situation. He blames Daryan for not being allowed back at school and believes Daryan stole his place when actually it’s because Max spiked Amy’s drink thinking it was Daniels and covered the evidence. People like Max blame immigrants and refugees for all of their problems rather than seeing it’s his own fault he’s in the mess he’s in.

@@Tom-tx7vs people .o,e Max blame immigrants for things like cost of living going up, or the struggles of the nhs or the fact that they can’t get a job etc. Cost of living going up and nhs is down to the British government caring more about rich people than normal people and most people who blame immigrants for not being able to get a job either don’t have the qualifications or experience to get specific types of jobs or can’t be bothered. People like Max, not just racists but people who live their lives pitying themselves blame everyone else for their problems

@Carly Hawthorne because the government has made it impossible for people to afford to buy their own houses that’s why. Minimum wages are too low, cost of living is too high.
