At least David does things for reasons, it’s all down to Gail though if you ask me because she was nearly gonna abort David and Nick was her Golden Boy so I can imagine if Gail only believed David was the one who took Audrey’s Money as a game and then if she thought he used it to buy the Barbers.

If Nick didn't tell the judge that he lied in court and let David take the entire blame, David would be probably be behind bars for several years. It is too bad that David got the short end of the stick and Nick gets away scot free.

I agree, even though David was on a suspended sentence. I know David should’ve told Audrey the truth straight away but he was only protecting his Brother at the same time. I don’t care if the impact of Prison would be significant for Nick, he’d deserve it and he deserved the Brain injury he got for sleeping with Kylie behind David’s back.
