Personally, I think both Pat Phelan and Richard Hillman are the 2 best villains of British soap history. I think it's very close between them, but not sure which one has the edge; they definitely both give each other a run for their money. I think 3rd place after them is Tracy Barlow as she's murdered 3 victims as well, but I don't think she's quite got as villainous personality as Pat Phelan and Richard Hillman.
