No, I feel that The UK are more "strict" with their Actors. The Actor who played Sonny Kiriakis on Days Of Our Lives got arrested on a DUI but he was forgiven and was told he couldn't drive for a Year. I also feel that UK Soap Actors have a more devastating downfall. Leslie Grantham, Bruce Jones were living proof of that, and in The US it was Brenda Dickson (Ex Jill Foster Abbott #1) on The Young & The Restless.

(MY OPINION): Watch Classic corrie (2000s, 1990s and earlier depending how old you are). When I did, I realised how crap corrie is today and how hopeless the writers and bosses are. Once Britains best soap is now nothing short of a tribute act in my opinion. I'll stick to classic corrie thanks!
