Well he is terry Duckworths son so terry Duckworth isnt the most reliable or trustworthy people you can know

Possibly because they don’t see any reason for him to be there. Tommy turns up out of the blue but all his relatives are gone. Why bother?

Why bring back Tommy Duckworth? Jack and Vera are gone, Terry likewise. He has no relatives, or any connection to Coronation Street any longer. A pointless peripheral character return.

But they did bring back Terry to see him. I agree that it wasn’t as effective with Jack and Vera gone though.

Fair point mind he did have good rapport with Tyrone who was at a loose end at the time. Shame tommy left so suddenly
