@@patriots02ify Partly depends on the level of threat you’re thought to pose; they’ve had enough time to establish Roy doesn’t get involved with other prisoners (he’s unlikely to initiate conversation), isn’t violent, doesn’t pose any risk to the “good order” of the prison, but also on the status of his case, the police really aren’t yet certain they will proceed with the case - the fact he’s not entered a plea or been remanded for trial means he is still at the bottom of the food chain so is treated lightly. I’m actually behind watching by weeks having been in hospital, but has he actually been charged with murder, which would never happen, or is he simply arrested on suspicion thereof?
