The MND story line was beautifully written and wonderfully acted by Peter and all the other cast members involved - well done for tackling this important subject. I had little knowledge of this disease prior to this story line and although I had mixed feelings about my favourite soap tackling such an upsetting and difficult subject, I feel it was done very sensitively and probably helped raise a lot of money for the MND charity, which is a great result. Well done to everyone involved.

So sorry to see Peter Ash leave , he's an amazing actor and I'm sure he won't be out of work for long ,and I know we will be seeing him for many years to come. I've watched coronation Street since I was four , and I can say in all honesty this story as been a real roller coaster ride , of emotions . Paul / Billy/ and Bernie made this story amazingly believable, and if coronation Street doesn't WiN an award for this , then there is no justice in the world. And I would like to also acknowledge the writer's for such an amazing story. Well done to all. 😢❤

This storyline has been acted to perfection by everyone involved, but especiallt Peter. I'm really sad that Billy didn't get to be there at the end, but I'm so happy that Bernie pretended Paul was still listening. That was such a touching moment, because i'd probably have done the same.
