My two bits on spreading awareness on Coronavirus (COVID-19) and preventing its expansion in Pakistan.
Please, I urge you all to stay indoors and take the mentioned precautions, and preventive measures in the Vlog for yourself and your families against Coronavirus.
Symptoms:
People may have Coronavirus and do not develop any symptoms at all or not exhibit them for more than 14 days. People contracted with the Coronavirus may feel the following symptoms:
• Difficulty in breathing (severe cases);
• Cough;
• Fever;
• Tiredness.

People at risk from Coronavirus:
According to WHO, 80% of the Coronavirus patients recover from the disease without needing special treatment.
Older adults (aging 50+ years) and people who have severe underlying chronic medical conditions like heart or lung diseases, or diabetic patients are at higher risk.
How to Protect Yourself from Coronavirus?
The only way to prevent Coronavirus is social distancing and the following:
• Wash your hands frequently for at-least 20 seconds with soap & water.
• Use disinfectants at all contact surfaces including your mobile phones.
• Use face-masks or tissues to cover your nose and mouth.
• Maintain a social distance of at least 6 feet with everyone at all times.
• Use hand sanitizers frequently.
• Wear a face mask if you are sick or taking care of someone who is unwell or stepping out of home.
• Stay at home at all times and most definitely if feeling sick.
• Keep your house and surroundings clean.
• Stay indoors.
• Keep your immunity strong by eating healthy and full of nutrition food.
