It’s concerning to see this virus being spread through hot and cold seasons. I remember reading once spring starts we will be in the clear but that is not the case. Malaysia had temperatures of 28 C and the virus remained active through that....
@rustyshackleford45454 жыл бұрын
CHILD OF GOD it’s not the temperature that affects it, it’s people being huddled together inside buildings when it’s cold = close contact= spread of disease In the spring, people go outdoors and aren’t physically as close to one another and it’s harder to spread
@wemuk51704 жыл бұрын
Scientists did not say anything about hot/cold temperatures. They have said that the SARs (which was also a coronavirus) receded when high humidity hits. This is why in my country for example (UK) we have lots of flu in winter & much less in the summer. It is a fact that viruses IN GENERAL live a whole lot longer in low humidity conditions like in winter.

Something makes no sense to me. I keep hearing officials say it only lives outside of humans for a very short time. If that were true, why bother disinfecting the site and possibly expose the workers. Wouldn't it make more sense to just quarantine the area for a week or two and let it die and not bring people in who could get infected or possibly carry it away on their clothing etc.? When something doesn't seem true, it probably isn't.
@oilandwine84 жыл бұрын
In that short time, people can still put their hands on contaminated objects. Better safe than sorry, and they do still quarantine.

Re-infection is likely why this is very dangerous! If you get this a second time from the virus with a different serotype it highjacks your immune system causing cytokine storm/septic shock, hence why you see the collapses and convulsions. Look up dengue fever. This virus uses the same mechanism to re-infect.

@michaelmartin43834 жыл бұрын
The true name of the virus is SARS-CoV-2 and not COVID-19, but the WHO is sucking up to the Chinese Communist Party misinformation and lies. SARS-CoV-2 is a highly contagious virus that can remain active outside the body for days or even weeks. After infection it has an incubation period of 10-14 days before it shows any sign of symptoms. So a carrier can infect lots of people before they know they have been infected. The virus is extremely violent when it dose eventually brakes out, but that is not the end after you have been "cured" it resurfaces in an even more aggressive form which is sometimes fatal.

Because you're using false logic. It was China's irresponsible behavior that allowed it to spread out of China. If they had acted honestly then it very well may have been contained. Yes, we're all in the same boat now and that's directly because of China's actions. Why blame China? Because they're at fault. And they're at fault in other ways too. Was it their fault because it's a bio weapon they mishandled? We don't know but give them the benefit of the doubt and let's assume it came from animals in the market even though the first victim had no contact with the market. Well, they're still at fault. Why? Because then it would have jumped from animals to man because if their desire to eat Bush meat and doing so with little to no sanitation.

Some rather interesting info: The Wuhan National Biosafety Laboratory is the only lab in China designated for studying dangerous pathogens like SARS and Ebola, and it's only 20 miles from the Wuhan seafood market. Scientists warned in 2017 that a SARS-like virus could escape a lab set up that year in Wuhan, China, to study some of the most dangerous pathogens in the world. The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation co-hosted a pandemic exercise in late 2019 that simulated a global coronavirus outbreak. They also just happen to fund the group that owns the patent to the deadly virus and are working on a vaccine to solve the crisis. On June 19, 2015, the UK government-funded Pirbright Institute filed an application for a patent for the live coronavirus, which was approved on Nov 20, 2018. Suspiciously, a Pirbright Institute "primary funder" is the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
