Govt (80k inhand with pension) vs corporate job after iim?

There is no pension in govt job and which govt job u are considering??

@POWEROFSCUBE you need to research a bit more. There is pension in each govt job. State govt job has pension without any contribution from salary (West bengal, orissa, Rajasthan etc) Central has nps where emloyee will contribute 10% of basic+da and govt will contribute 14% Central has another option where pension will be 50% of last drawn salary. Unified pension system
