Great perspectives from the gen z point of view. The tips are extremely helpful for me as a Millennial Leader working with a growing # of gen z team members. Regarding Ryan's question about finding a way to carve out time between the appointments and doing the work.. Ryan you may already have the answer, between the appointments & the work portion which one require you more? In my opinion it would be the appointments, the existing or potential client you are meeting with is expecting you and the knowledge you are bring to the table. The work although important is something that various team members can handle. It may require re-distributing work to more senior team members or even hiring someone at a very senior level.
