It's very relaxing jab app says ko ate jate mehsus karte ho. Jab Mai baby thi Mai waise hi maje see and leti thi. Lekin jaise jaise hum bare hote Gaye humara sans leneka tarika bohot bigar Gaya. Kabhi kabhi toh kuch sochte hue hum sans hi nahi lete hai. Yee tab mehsus hua jab kisi ne Yee realize karwaya. Thank you to that person and you too sir.

Thank you so much for answering this question! I realized that I need to go back and watch the riyaaz video because I am one of those, focusing more on singing and less on riyaaz. This helped clear up some confusion about breathing exercises too because I have been trying some but not feeling right about them. It's also a reminder about the importance of proper riyaaz done consistently with discipline. This is great instruction, thank you.
