Would be nice with subtitles. I have a hard time hearing with the accent and imbalanced audio (louder in the left side compared to right).

Music was way over the top. No sound from the actual handover, and the subtitles are generated poorly.

Isnt doing handover should be confidential? They shouldnt handover in front of the patient.
@katisolekunutu17472 жыл бұрын
But there's nothing to hide from the patient,and already the patient knows what was done on then and what's already going on with them...maybe if you state why it is wrong I'd understand

@@katisolekunutu1747 in my workplace, we have to do handover in the office where only staff can listen. There is one guy who did a handover not in the office which he got written warning.
@gray_mara2 жыл бұрын
@@chillingdog4139 There was a big study about 15 years ago called the Garling Report. It recommended that handover take place not just in the presence of the patient, but allowing the patient to participate. This form of handover has been best practice in Australia ever since. There is no part of the patient's care or condition that is kept confidential from the patient. They are entitled to not just understand their care, but to participate. Handing over in the presence of the patient also helps staff remember which patient is associated with which handover and reduces errors, as well as helping to build therapeutic relationships and a culture of openness.
