You want Daka after zombie. Zombie will still revive on a mass death, and sacrifice for Daka. Having her after Zombie helps with her stun landing from Zombie’s tenacity down.

People enjoy the game and do have an idea on this. However, with all the random bugs in this game and how it works this isn’t exactly front page material and I have never seen it addressed anywhere. It’s an excellent video and needs to be explored in depth for the community. Kudos to mobilegamer for posting a video that the majority of people that know all these are extreme P2P and in monster guilds. I hope he sticks with this topic.

I place my squads in an order in which I'm comfortable with them on the screen, for example, in my Jedi Line-up, I'd have Yoda in position 2 so that he is visible and easier to control. Its very easy in this game to have one character cover up another character and thus you could accidentally press on another character and make a duff move.

I suspect that team order also plays a part in match RNG generation. If I had to guess it deals with the rng seed generation. If you have a distinct turn order and no assist/revive. You can run a match, in my testing with galactic wars, can run a match. Close out before wining/ loosing and fight the same exact team again. If you do the same actions each time the match plays out the same. However just changing team order and running again. Using same actions in same order. Rng checks will play out different, such as status effects sticking or being resisted, evasion etc.

CG: Uhm.. it's very complicated... all of those things matter... (We don't really know, our code is so messed up, it's random for all we know....) I've done some testing with bounty hunters and it doesn't always seem to go in placement order; Zam won't gain turn meter from popping TD's if the target is dead before she hits them. Her attack will always land last (from what I've seen), even if she's in the second slot.

As much as I agree that the developers for this game are far from "professional", this still stands as normal game design. There are 3 mass assists on the padme team with 3p0. 3p0 gk as you said and padmes kick is also a mass assists

So true! I've tested this time and time again. Placement actually does work and matter. It's insane. This has been the difference between unlocking characters and not coming close.

It doesn't make a huge difference but tenacity down gets applied even if the target has got tenacity up, so if Geo Soldier attacks before Sun Fac, Sun Fac can apply his Crit Chance down easier.

It definitely affects positional placement when you go into a battle so I make sure I put yoda in the right squad spot so that he shows up right of revan in the front row. Given the assist to the wrong jedi too many times when I had yoda on the left side of jkr haha. Consider this for squads that have single assists, if you want the target ally to be easier to select

I just did the geonosian trick with sun fac in #2 slot. It allowed me to unlock Padme with no droids. Granted Brood had two zetas, but I had always heard no Padme without heavy droids. Might still be true for 7*, but to have her and General Kenobi, jka, and ahsoka, I am felling pumped about trying it out in GA or TW.

I mean, the dev response makes sense. Blasters will probably hit faster than a melee attack, and bug fixes and stance upgrades could matter (faster footsteps for melee attacks). This may always change.

In the jkr revive example it makes sense that the second slot would be revived because the leader is doing the reviving. In the nightsister example isn’t it possible that the leader would get revived instead of second slot.

My squad placements (for some teams) have been based on getting small characters closest to the camera so they aren't hidden behind taller characters. Now I need to change that? If I have trouble selecting BB8 or GMY for assists, I am going to change back, optimal assist order be damned.

You'll want BB-8 in the second slot (ie closest to camera) anyway due to giving tenacity down on basic.

I don't think that speed is very important in mass assists here. Sun fac is in the fourth slot and is the slowest geo, yet he is the first one to assist and apply debuffs. I don't think that speed is very important because my fastest geo is Poggle and he assists last while my second fastest geo (Brute) assist second

A lot of people don’t even understand mods. This is a deeper level. It doesn’t involve your characters speed it deals with characters mechanics that involve bonuses, call order and the effect they cause on the other team for optimal team maximization.
