Correct technique of using Spacer and a mask to deliver MDI in a child less than 5 years

This video shows a proper tecnique of giving MDI or puff in a child who cannot coordinate his breathing by using a spacer alone.Generally it is used in children of 5 years or below.Mask can be used in older child if not able to coordinate his breathing i.e in mentally challenged child or those having N M disorder
