Nice improvement, nice video. Time 02:00. I used force and pressed the blade/wheel cover that was the reason for the early stop of the downward blade movement. Our saws are probably one modell different because I managed to fix the depth of cut issue without an elevating plate, just doing some cold smith work to the cover.

I took the cover off and had to grind the upper casting so it would not hit the switch. The saw would still not drop far enough after the cut was complete to trip the switch. It works perfect now. I probably could have got by deflecting the blade a bit more but that's not ideal. I used to have to adjust pressure to keep the blade on. Currently I use full pressure all the time unless I'm cutting less that 1/4 inch.

@@28gwdavies I sold 10 the first day and another 18 after restocking. I think I have 4 in stock now but they have been there a week. The videos get a bunch of views when I post due to subscribers and the way youtube promotes the video. After about a week the views drop drastically. I guess I could keep posting a video weekly or find another means of advertising. Who knows how many saws need this?

Hi Winky, it's good to see you selling some products. Looks like the plates are selling well by reading the comments. While looking through your store I found a misprint. Under the 10mm boring bit to 19mm coupler it states that it is for motors with a 1/2 shaft. Hope this helps Andy

I just removed the product. That was a special coupler I made for a guy but when he tried to order it he said he got a message that I didn't ship to Australia.
