It's fascinating that the devs didn't consider how the perk functions when combined WITH ITSELF. xD All they had to do for a fix was that it doesn't get stacks on non-manual great skill checks. So anything that turns a skillcheck great, be it corrective action or steakout, doesn't yield stacks for corrective action. Now it's just back to being a half-decent help when playing with beginners.

Yes, now it applies globally. Every time a survivor misses a skill check anywhere on the map, it’ll count as a good skill check instead, and use up one token. You can get tokens back by hitting great skill checks yourself.

And people say it's a skill issue when a killer doesn't know what to do. Boy these gens are flying. There is so little room for mistakes on both sides. But if you are not constantly chasing and downing survivors in less then 40 seconds you basically loose the game

i wish BHVR wasnt lazy, and left corrective action turning them into Greats, and just made it not count for hyperfocus or refilling tokens for itself. Its still a trash perk even if they had left that. They're just too lazy to figure out how to code it so it doesn't count itself. They could honestly buff it to apply to your own missed skillchecks, and rework technician cuz that perk also sucks and punishes beginners for being bad, which makes no sense and tricks newer players into using it and just hurting their team. An idea for technician, leave the repair sound reduction, make it hide your aura while doing gens, and mayyyybe, even hide the aura of the gen. Wouldn't do much against good killers, but I really think we need to move more of the burden of map knowledge onto killers, cuz survs who don'nt know maps get shit on, and killers who don't know maps get their hands held by the game in a really boring lame way. Especially since blindness exists, but only for survivors mainly(other than one perk, residual manifest, that applies it when you blind the killer, which should just always happen cuz..being blind should make you blind???). Point being, if the killer gets to aggressively counter perks to help less knowledgeable survivors, then survivors should get perks to aggressively punish killers for being less knowledgable. I know for a fact, as a killer main, that if I couldn't see gen auras 100% of the time, It would fuck me up sometimes. And i think that would be fun, and fair, and healthy for the game. The only auras that shouldn't be hid ever for any reason is hooks(cuz it encourages slugging). please BHVR for the love of god rework Boil Over. It is not a healthy perk ffs. I hate having to drop people cuz I know I won't make it to a hook, or i forgot whether there's already a hook nearby. Plus its extremely easy to abuse and they keep having to add hooks to maps to counter boil over/flip flop shenanigans. Just rework boil over ffs, i dont get it.

If the ping is not high enough, the lag is very little. If the lag is little, hitboxes feel visibly cleaner and easier to dodge. But when the killer lags, they can hit you 2 seconds after the pallet has already been dropped, and 2 second later you are on their shoulder and the pallet stands still….. that kind of “free hit” exploit was called “lag switching”. But as a rule of thumb, any delay above 100 and get ready to experience Freddy-like hitboxes on all killers.

Not at all. Still thriving and player count still climbing. Only old veteran players are perpetually unhappy, toxic and quit the game. But for every old player that leaves 2-3 new ones appear So, it is still growing at a consistent pace
