Projections are matters of opinion - even by EW standards, there are several overhead levels from which the next correction(s) may commence.... and I think this fellow does use the term "...may follow..." as to what the market will do.

Rob - do you think it's safe to put very long term trades on the s&p? Or are we likely to experience a huge pull back in the next year? I don't trade short term, and am about 60% in cash

Why anticipate a chart pattern? you're essentially just guessing, I find its better to wait for the pattern to reveal itself. For example we had a clear inverse head and shoulders bottoming pattern which we've broken out of, there's also the fact that during the 6% drop we had extreme fear sentiment (based on the fear/greed index generally a good inverse indicator) this further adds to the argument for new highs driven by a short squeeze and FOMO imo.

Rain or shine I am fully liquidated before March 2022. Right now I am all in FB with shares - all my buys under 330. The government has to create a depression/recession. They did this in 1950. Interest rates must stay low. QE infinity only slows it down like in the past. Recession is needed. Biden said we in a recession (let the cat out the bag too soon, because he is senile).

Certain sectors got blasted. ULTA -10% causing other beauty stonkz to go down a percent. Travel is blasted. There are larger trends in individual stonkz at play. AMZN sideways a whole year - false breakout to upside - back in the range. TSLA vertical, but AMZN still sideways? THAT IS SUSPECT. TSLA probably tanks the market after earnings. TSLA usually heads vertical to the downside after earnings. Puts are more expensive than calls by 8 premium.
