Honestly, I have no problem with them changing the title to get more views. Obviously, the team put a TON of work into making this video. I believe they even took the face template Valve used to model Eli and just used a program to manipulate the picture. If you didn't know: Valve did use actual peoples faces as a template for all the characters in HL2. Just google "hl2 real characters" and look at the images. I wasn't sure at first either.

Yea you can run gmod without hl2 or css but the only thing working fine would be single player sandbox. Most multiplayer uses hl2 and Css textures. You can download the texture packs though but that's third party and anything goes with illegal download.
