Tina should have lied, because Gary did start it by stalking, harassing, threatening and provoking David so none of it would have happened had it not been for Gary, so he should have been punished. David was in the right for punching Gary and even for lying about it.

I agree. David may have thrown the first punch, but Gary provoked David by constantly stalking and harassing him, not to mention putting his foot on the door to stop him shutting it. Tina should have lied and got Gary sent down, he deserved it
