The more I listened to Corrosion theme, the more I start to like it. It definitely went for being close to Silly Billy in terms of build up and how the song is structured. You can hear and pick apart many different motifs of the song, and you forget that it's even six minutes long. Also, I had the beginning motifs before the world decay segment be stuck in my head a few times. I too also felt a bit of a sad emotion when realizing it's in a dire situation that is likely irreversible and you're watching the last of your friend wither in front of your eyes.

"aethos" is really cool because it's a very 'structural' idea. You can do a lot of different stuff with just "The last third of the song has a vocal segment." A lot of people are including the idea of an opponent that's a corrupted version of a character, and I'd argue that's because a lot of creators in the scene were pretty used to the EXE scene before. As the trend continues I expect people to branch out and try more things with the idea! It's so exciting.

Based on the gameplay, it would seem everyone died except for Phineas. for the people who don’t know what this fnf mod is about, basically the lore behind this is phineas created a machine so summer can’t be boring, and told everyone to be happy, but the machine burned the city to shreds and the people in it, except himself, isabella in this mod is phineas’s guilt for what he did, and now isabella is just a remnant of the people inside of her, haunting phineas for the rest of his life.

nooot really lmao 😭 the REAL lore is that phineas and the gang built a machine to gain powers (like in bee story) and phineas tested it out on himself. doof made a machine and perey stopped him like usual and caused his machine to shoot a ray (towards phineas' machine) and self destruct. It hit the machine and it exploded, causing the entire world and everyone on it to rot EXCLUDING PHINEAS. at the time of the mod, everyone excluding isabella and phineas are dead. even though she's still alive, shes rapidly rotting, as seen throughout the stages lmao. after the events of the mod, she dies with her last words being her love confession to phineas. i love how you didnt see the lore dump in the comments 😭🙏

nah phineas fucking ended the world on accident, hence the "summer of freedom that failed to remain sincere" and "there's nobody left but you" lines. i'm guessing the lines represent what he did and his guilt trying to play mind games with him, hence the two lines i mentioned
