Suggestion: Pretend to be a genie, and grant players 1 wish. Once that player has decided on their wish, fulfill it for 5 minutes, before it starts to go wrong. You should do a military controlled state versus civilian rebels with a few different missions that have to be conquered such as fuel depot, weapons depot, armored vehicle depot and then the generals compound. Each one placed at different parts of the map.
