Had the organization utilized a best practices approach to governing the overkill of placing guards within the building would not have been needed. By operating with a honest, cost efficient staff which has talented, knowledgeable, polite, courteous & utmost professional memebers, you don't need guards at the doors. Believe me when I tell you: It can be done. Such success has been going on for decades in the city I have lived in for decades & I have been busy keeping watch. This city exists with in a 2 hour drive of Dolton, Illinois.

There are tons of city and state jobs, mostly held by certain ethnicities, where they literally do nothing all day. That's why they want those jobs. It's like getting paid to hang out all day. They're really good at making sure their friends and family members get these jobs too because it's yet another tax funded gravy train. And the worst part, is that 90% of those employees are completely incompetent, have poor attitudes and are extremely lazy. The cherry on top is that many of these positions offer retirement, so yet another tax burden on people that actually "earn" a living to hold up people that barely contribute anything to society and honestly seem to have a hard time with even basic reasoning or communication. I guess that's what we pay for.
