REALLY it is a great discussion. According to me most of people are corrupts because who wants money for any illegal work they are corrupted but who gives money for this they are also corrupted.

There are many reasons of corruption like low income , lack of effective management etc. But I think that the main reason of corruption is people's mindset . They have the mind-set that they can gain anything by giving bribe and some of the people have also proved them right by taking bribe. There are many solutions to solve this problem like code of conduct , human resources management , etc . But At first we need to change this mind set and also stop the people to give bribe because if they won't give bribe then how will people take it.
