Is it the one with the i5 4570 and GTX 1650? That's not a great deal at all. The CPU is Ivy Bridge which released in 2013 and is using DDR3 RAM, DDR5 is what's the latest at the moment. You can certainly do better in the sub 800$ budget in my opinion.

Airflow appears unbalanced with 6 exhaust fans and 3 front intake fans so it’ll probably pull unfiltered air from the rear. Everything will be dust covered sooner than it should, and dust clogged radiator fins aren’t fun to clean.

​@@jaredgarcia9210 Look @6:16 and you'll see those 3 top black fans and those 3 black side fans are installed to exhaust out and the 3 front white fans are the intake fans. As a general rule, air flows toward the fan frames. I heard of new ones that can be ordered with reverse flow, but I'm pretty sure Corsair sticks with what they know best. I'm tired of my LL120's ARGB burning out so I'm done with Corsair. Can't say I'm a fan of CoolerMaster either (pun unintended) but the MF120 Halo and MF140 Halo sure look sweet in my white Lian Li Lancool 216 RGB right now and cost a whole lot less. Lian Li failed to offer optional matching ring-type fans so I had to go elsewhere. Their loss. I'm just lucky an optional magnetic dust screen was offered.

Using a 3060 TI in that build comes across as a big "oof." I definitely understand the let down of not being able to get the 6800 XT for it, but to not wait or aim for a 3070 TI instead almost seems like a waste of potential for the other higher-end components.
