Rofl at 4:44 you can put a 240 radiator in the roof. Look at his right hand :) Good review !!

I saw on another channel that the reviewer actually couldn't fit a 280 mm radiator in the roof utilizing both fans as one was blocked by the heatsinks on the motherboard; he was forced to use only one, but said that a 240 mm radiator would probably work well as long as it was of the thin variety. I love the fact that no matter the chassis you review, you always try to install a custom loop in it. I don't mind having 4 sides of a chassis covered in tempered glass, as long as the backside's glass is darkened - or leave that side as solid - so that the whole world wouldn't be able to see any part of the wire management (whether you did a good job or not). I do think that the price is too high; as you stated get rid of the overpriced ML RGB fans (maybe just include the standard ML fans), then the price is almost decent, almost. Good review as usual Leo :-)

You mean the XPX CPU block? I am in two minds about it - the XP3 was good despite its age and XPX builds on an impressive heritage. I'll throw the question open - are KitGuru readers/viewers keen to hear more about liquid cooling components and hardware?
@Dschijn8 жыл бұрын
I would love to read/see a review of the XPX. One review claims that the XPX is the best cooler currently.

Have to agree with the psu thing. I struggled to put an rm750x in. It's that little wedge that restricts it But it needs it for structural purposes. A rear sliding in bracket wouldve solved this

Good review, said everything i needed to know about this case. I will go for the newish NZXT source 340 Elite though. A lot cheaper and I think better in some ways. What I lose in bling from the glass front and LED fans I will get back from including the NZXT Hue+ and the new NZXT Kraken X62 AIO.
@nightwing8428 жыл бұрын
im actually comparing that case with this one, and even kitguru said the s340 elite isnt good for water cooling
@TheMojophotos8 жыл бұрын
Depends on what water cooling you have in mind, custom loop or AIO system. I plan an AIO in the form of the new NZXT Kraken X62 for the CPU and have the GPU air cooled. This case probably just has the edge over the NZXT for a custom loop setup.
@nightwing8428 жыл бұрын
yeah my bad, should have specified, i meant for a full loop system, the s340 elite is said to not be very compatible. but its perfectly fine for an aio on the top or front
@fabz8887 жыл бұрын
I wouldn't use the x62 in that case. I don't think it fits at the top unless you use low profile RAM which you most likely wouldn't use in a case like that, LED RAM FTW. if you put the x62 in the front you will only be able to fit 2 of the RGB fans instead of 3. Better going for the x52. Shouldn't have any problems with that.
@TheMojophotos7 жыл бұрын
@Fabian Thompson If you mean the NZXT case then yes, the Kraken X62 or any other 240/280 AIO will not go in the top because the case has only 1 fan opening there. It does fit in the front however as I just built my system this way. I used Corsair vengence LED RAM and used the stock fans on the rad. I fitted NZXT RGB fans at the top and rear of the case.

Hello, i got this case too and got 2 GTX 1080. I want to get water cooling for my graphics cards since I realize is getting hot inside the computer when gaming. I was looking at ekwb and the custom build recommended me to get 2 radiator(slim dual and slim triple). one for the cpu and one for the graphics cards. Will that fit? This is my first time build a water cool PC. Also Will i have more room to do it since I will be removing the fans of the graphics cards. I am also currently using corsair h100 V2. Should i keep using it or should i change to watercool for the cpu since i am getting for my graphics cards. Thanks btw, nice video : )
@KitGuruTech7 жыл бұрын
The spec. says a 360mm radiator in the front and 240mm in the roof fit however I would be astonished if you can fit the two together. 2x 240mm might be a better choice, however I am quite sure you are going to have a tough build on your hands. I have just completed another build in this case which will go live on KitGuru very soon.

KitGuruTech alright thx for the reply, I will check if not I just get a bigger case

@davidsiu187 жыл бұрын
Is actually pretty cool itself, when I just regular browsing usually around 40
@jenishj64977 жыл бұрын
Glass takes longer time to heat up and also longer time to cool down than metal. Wats the temps while gaming? coz I'm not planning on water cooling with this case.

Odd Pump Placement ! From my knowledge the Pump should be below the Reservoir !
@KitGuruTech8 жыл бұрын
The pump intake needs to be below the level of the fluid and it is - if this was a long term build it might be a concern as a drop in fluid level could be a problem, however I can take liberties as the system runs for a handful of hours before it gets pulled apart.

I want to install NZXT Kraken X62. Can you put a 280 radiator at the front with 3 of LED RGB 120Sp there or I have to take them out and install 140x2 instead? someone reply please
@humorlessgaming6987 жыл бұрын
FireHead Gaming you would need a 360mm raidiator for 3 fans 240/280 would use 2 fans
@StalewindFarto7 жыл бұрын
Remove the 3 included 120s and put them in the top and back, then install the 280 in the front with a push/pull using the AIOs 140s and add 2 HD 140s. The HDs however will need to be controlled with Corsair link as the controller will only operate the SP 120s unless you do a full fan retro fit.

no mention of the lack of rear exhaust fan? for a case of this price that really is very poor
@KitGuruTech8 жыл бұрын
Well, we say there are three 120mm fans at the front, so de facto there are no other fans. Head to KitGuru www.kitguru.net/components/cases/leo-waldock/corsair-crystal-series-570x-rgb-tempered-glass-chassis-review/ and when you look at the 'Cooling Performance' section you will see this exact point is addressed.
