It doesn’t .. but once it’s pressed (ironed on) it kinda molds .

You can use Styrofoam.. I mentioned that in the video. It works just the same. You can find a big block of styrofoam and shave down to a ball shape and a block shape

I went to get poly fill stuffers and it doesnt look like that and come out like sheets making it easy to wrsp. It is more like doll stuffing and breaks apart so you cant wrap it. Is this a specififc type? If so, what is the name please?

Yea the base was from an old large pin cushion like tool. So I just removed it.
