It’s so nice to see someone ride and film these adventures with driving speeds that look like ”normal” people could handle. I mean it’s impressive to watch someone tear down some twisties or dirt roads but it’s not really what most of us could or maby even want to do, is it. So thank you!! This gives me (and hopefully someone else too) a confidence to go out there and explore even those a little bit ”not so good” roads 👍

Thank you very much - that is very nice to hear - there are so many great places in Europe to travel to with a motorcycle. Even though I have had a motorcycle license since I was 19 I only really got into riding 10 years ago and the past 7 years with adventure bikes (it was Harley's before that believe it or not😁 ) and the kind of riding that you see on this channel.

@@MotoVibes my first bike is a ducati monster s2r 800 which I still own. Recently I bought a yamaha tdm 900 for commuting during the winter and I'm planning on buy a BMW f800 gs. Two years ago I went on a two day trip to Texel, the Netherlands, with a tent to try if I would like it. This year I went to the ardennes for a three day trip, again with tent. I'm building up experience and my goal is to go to Norway, Switzerland and Scotland. And one of my dreams is to drive my monster from the south of Italy to Greece. If I watch your videos I'm jealous, but I will get there sooner or later :)

@@Tarabass Yes, you will get to do all of these places. It is something nice to look forward to isn't it ;-) I went to Greece for the first time this year with a motorcycle. It will be a while before I have the time to edit the video but it is such a nice country.

I love the KTM Adventure 1290. I travel with my wife. Is there any advantage you notice of having the fixed suspension of the R model to the automatic suspension of the S model? I love the off road but with my wife, we always do more road. Still, when on off-road I would feel more comfortable on the R model. Do you miss having the S model when you ride on the tarmac? At this point, I have the baby KTM 390 Adventure but hoping to go bigger the following year. Thank you for your videos and your experience, brother.

Sounds very much like the S model would be the better fit for the type of riding you do. The R suspension is really only an advantage when you leave the pavement. For the road the S suspension offers good enough suspension and the big convinience of changing setting with a push of a button on the fly - that is especially nice if you ride two-up and want to change your preload settings. Anything from DJI is a very good choice - then it is just down to size and how much you would like to spend. The DJI Mini Pro 4 packs really small and has great image quality. The next size up is the Air 3 which I just purchased for this season - it is quite a bit bigger - the main advantage is dual lenses (wide, tele). If you do not need that, the Mini 4 Pro may be the better choice - it is a lot cheaper and smaller with basically the same image quality. If you get anything from DJI - get the latest and greatest - only if you are really pushed for money consider predecessors (like the Mini Pro 3). Drone tech is still developing fast, so the latest models will have useful features that are usually worth the money. Both drones I mentioned will easily fit a BMW pannier. I hope this helps.
