i have a cort g250 and its solid. its a beautiful guitar! tuning stability is great and the wilkinson trem is pretty good. i wouldnt mind upgrading the pickups though.

Thank you for the fair comparison. Yes, I agree that Yamaha have more smooth finishing product, nicer to hold on fret. But sound wise they almost the same. You can choose any one of them and you can not go wrong. Cheers from Indonesia.

Didn't have a push/pull tone switch on the Cort guitar to split coil the hunbucker??

I have tried the 3 of them, the Yam 112J, Cort G250 and Ibanez GRX40... very close match... but I prefer the Cort better because of the 2 point bridge

Gracias, definitivamente dos excelentes guitarras, insuperables en su relación calidad/precio. en países como el mío (3er mundo) en realidad no se les puede considerar de principiante, por el costo están sobre los 250 dolares... SI estás principiando, recomiendo bastante tanto la Cort G100 o la Pacífica Pac012, a menor precio.

Real, conseguí lo más barato posible una yamaha pac012 algo dañada con un amplificador genérico. Considero mandar a mantenimiento por 40 dólares

I just bought cort g200 idx, i want pac112v but i dont really like the natural color and its the only one that is available, should i be concerned about not having split coil?

While i appreciate the video, tone woods have nothing to do with the sound in electric guitars. It's the contact points and electronics. Even how the magnets are positioned in the pickup affect it.
