Thank you for your work on this restoration! Indeed, a great performance! A very simple one and very clear. Modern performances are very different.

Solid performance all around. Great sound for the era, as customary, and better than the prior version, as you noted. Barbirolli indeed accompanies well, a talent not all conductors possess. It must be rewarding bringing new life to these vintage recordings. I certainly find it rewarding listening to them.

Beautiful performance full of artistic nuances and elegance. It contains all the elusive charm, fragility, and freshness of Chopin's music. Beautiful.

True Treasure!! Thanks a lot! People now can appreciate how this marvelous concerto can be played... (Alive..., Inspired, Vibrante) ,unlike the Boring and (walking)Dead way of making music of the last eighty years (with so few exceptions) they are used to.

Excelente trabajo de restauración y bellísima interpretación de Cortot y Barbirolli. La orquesta debió ser muy probablemente inglesa. Gracias por compartir.

You're welcome. I suspect the orchestra was probably the Royal Philharmonic, but since there is no documentation it is only a suspicion.

Also, I think that in this performance the Slavic motives are treated more properly
