@Mr-E.2 ай бұрын
A study had come out on what Corey was mentioning (not telling people your dreams or goals) by Peter Gollwitzer out of NYU. The researchers found that telling people your plans activated the reward system and tricked the brain into thinking the plan was already completed (it demotivated the person before they had a chance to actually complete their goal). It is very counter intuitive because some people think that telling others in advance motivates them more since they have to follow through or risk looking like a failure.

Umar, Usman and Islam are MMA's 'moon shot' for non-Dagestani fighters. When you realise how far ahead of the pack these incredible athletes are, it reflects well on Cory Sandhagen. He managed to judge the range well and roll out of danger and twist at crucial moments when Umar had hold of him. This would have been game over at a much earlier stage for so many other elite martial artists but Cory's excellent technique and conditioning kept him in the game for the full distance. Respect to Cory for taking on this challenge.

Cory’s great at having the whole package . It wouldn’t be worth it for him to try and strike with Sug even tho I’m sure he can hold his own in the striking dept.
