Having grown up with this music, I never knew the story of Three Dog Night. Always thought Negron was the lead singer and that was that. Didn't realize they had the 3 leads until I started watching the videos. Of the 3, Cory is the man. He's got it all, stage presence, looks, and a killer voice. Wish I discovered this while he was still alive.

My first concert was TDN in 1972 at Macon (GA) Coliseum. My surgeon cut me loose from the hospital early so I could go see them. The Coliseum was next to the hospital so I met my favorite nurse there. Second time was in 1997 in Atlanta. They were scheduled to play this year on Oct 8th at the Ga National Fair in Perry. Unfortunately, Cory had taken ill and I never got a chance to meet him again. I had front row seats and was going to get him to sign a photo to give to my son, Cory, who we named after Wells. TDN is the best rock group of all time as were the groups of the 60-70's. TDN will never be the same without his presence and unique voice.

This guy is so Amazing. Sad I never got to see him Live. I did buy tickets to a small venue to see 1 dog night ;) Covid killed that. Postponed for a year. The guy that got to replace him is quite awesome but I fear they will all be dead by that time. I'm a huge fan of of older musicians still kicking butt. Seen Alice Cooper, Graham Bonnet. Ian Anderson (Jethro Tull) Stryper all Last Year. Frank Dimino of Angel. All of them kicked ass. Most near 70! Rock on people!
