Some important tips (please like this so Cory can see): The spiders that were dealing extra damage to you in the cave were giving you poison, which can be negated by drinking the bucket of milk. So if you want to fight them again bring a bucket, but don't use it till you kill them all. Pressing f3 will bring a bunch of debug text on the top-right corner of the screen. There is x, y, and z. X and Z tell the exact location of where you are standing. Write them down. If you wander far away from your home and get lost, follow the "x" and "z" coordinates to find your way home (for example: if your home is x=123 and z= -468, and the place you are when lost is something like x=500 and z=100, then you must move in the direction that decreases the x and z). The "y" level is EXTREMELY important for mining. Y is basically the upward and downward planes. If you want to find diamonds, you must decrease the "y" level down to around 16-5. I suggest that you mine at y level 12 or 11, as that yields the most results. You can find wolves in certain areas. If you give them bones--dropped from skeletons--than they have a chance to be tamed. You can right click the dog to make it sit and stay and right click it again to make it follow you. Dogs will fight with you. Their tail indicates if they are injured. The lower it is, the more injured they are. Right click them with meat to replenish their health. You can also tame cats with raw fish, cod, and salmon. (that are found in villages). Cats can scare off creepers, making them very useful while traveling. Although less useful, parrots, found in jungles, can be tamed with melon seeds, wheat seeds, pumpkin seeds, or beetroot seeds. They can perch on your shoulder and do some other silly stuff. If you want to make your farm grow faster, put bones into a crafting table to make bone meal. Right click the seeds to make them grow faster. You can also use it on saplings to make trees grow faster, and, if you like, you can right click patches of grass to make taller grass and flowers sprout. The cave with wood and rails was a mineshaft, which is an easy way to find ores. Also, you can find chests in there which will give you loot. Edit: You can make a bow using three string and three sticks. You can get string by killing spiders, breaking cobwebs (using a sword), or putting wool in a crafting table. You can make arrows with feathers (dropped by killing chickens), sticks, and flint (is an uncommon drop from digging gravel). You can right click the beginning part of lava with a bucket to pick it up. Lava can be used as a sort of garbage disposal by dropping unwanted items into it. Also, if you want to make a portal to the nether (a different dimension) you need lava and a bucket of water. Place the water close to the lava and let it flow into it, which will create obsidian (You need to mine it with a diamond pick, so find diamonds before doing this). You need at least 10 (though I recommend 14) obsidian to make a portal. Edit: very important for late game: You can make books with paper and leather. You can get leather by killing cows. You can make paper by putting three sugar cane (the stuff that looks like bamboo) in a row in the crafting table. I suggest you plant some sugar cane first by your house before using them all. In order to plant you just find water (or make a small 4x4 hole and fill it with water for an infinite source) and right click the blocks next to it. You can make an enchanting table with 4 obsidian, one book, and two diamonds. This can be used to significantly (or marginally) boost your weapons, tools, and armor. This depends on the level you enchant with. The enchanting table will allow you to use xp (the green orbs that fly out of mobs and sometimes ore) levels from 1-30 by placing a tool/weapon/armor in the slot with lapis lazuli (an ore found deep underground). Level 1 has the least power, while level 30 has the highest. In order to get 30 levels available on the table, you must surround it with bookshelves. Bookshelves are made with 3 books and 6 planks. Place an enchanting table with three by two bookshelves on two sides, and three by two bookshelves in the back. Here are some important enchants: Unbreaking: Goes on all tools/weapons/armor. Makes the item more durable. Can be unbreaking 1-3. Efficiency: Is used on tools such as pickaxes, shovels, and axes. Makes it so the speed of which you mine blocks significantly faster. Can be efficiency 1-5. Sharpness: Increases the damage of an item. Can be applied to swords or axes, but I suggest swords. Can be sharpness 1-5. Looting: Increases drops from mobs and is applied to the sword and can give rare drops. Can be looting 1-3. Depth strider: An enchant for boots, it makes you way faster while moving in the water. Can be depth strider 1-3. Fortune: Extremely important, and is mainly used for pickaxes. Increases the amount of ores dropped while mining. Can be fortune 1-3 Infinity: Also super important, makes it so your bow has infinite arrows as long as you have at least one arrow in your inventory. When hovering over the enchanting table you can see one enchant that will be applied, with potentially more after it. If you see something like "Smite" or "Bane of Arthropods" for your sword, enchant something else before enchanting the sword, as that will reshuffle the enchants for all swords. SUPER IMPORTANT: Make a boat by filling the sides of the middle and bottom of the crafting table with wooden planks. You can sail the ocean faster. Press shift to get out and right click to get in. You can break it by punching a couple times or hitting once with a charged axe. The ocean has buildings with chests in them, but they are guarding by ocean zombies, called drowned. Some are easy to deal with, but they can spawn with tridents, which deals a TON of damage and will quickly kill you. However, the chests can have worthwhile loot. SUPER DUPER IMPORTANT: Sometimes there are shipwrecks in the sea (Pressing f5 will change your game's perspective into third, allowing you to find them easier) . These can have some really good loot in them as well, such as iron, name tags, gold, or iron. Sometimes they have treasure maps. The maps are always according to north, south, east, and west. If you are say in the bottom right corner (as indicated by a white dot) , then you must travel north-east to get the treasure. You can press f3 again to see the direction you are facing, or use a compass by mining 4 iron and 1 redstone. If the map is brown, then that means you are far away. If it starts to color with the land, that means you are closer. When you are on the red X, dig down and around the area to find a chest with good loot in it. Edit: These shipwrecks are most common in ocean-type biomes. You can tell which biome you are in by pressing f3 and seeing the biome listed. Edit: Also, if you ever see something along the lines of a temple in the water, DO NOT approach it. That contains good loot, but has many "guardian" fish that wreck everyone without good enchants.

pillagers: those pirates are illagers, four different types: pillager is armed with crossbow, vindicator is armed with axe, they can also bust open wooden doors, ravager is basically a rhino, other illagers can ride it, evoker has no weapon, attack method is spells, he can summon fangs to kill you and can summon vexes. vexes are angel like mobs that fly and can kill you. killing a pillager captain (the ones with a banner on their back) will give you bad omen (effect) walking into a village with that effect will start a raid. raids are basically waves of illagers including pillagers, vindicators, evokers, and ravagers. all villagers in the village die, you lose the raid. you defeat all illagers, you win. you get an effect called hero of the village, it gives you a discount for villager trades. mining: diamonds are found at Y level 12 and below, they are often found in caves. they can be used to create the strongest tools, weapons, and armor, for now. gold breaks very quickly but is very strong. redstone is complex, it is used for creating electronic creations like piston doors, automatic dispensers, traps, etc. emerald is extremely rare and only for trading with villagers. enchanting: enchanting is for upgrading tools, armor, weapons, etc. e.g, fire aspect for a sword will light mobs on fire, fortune on a pickaxe will increase the amount of, for say, diamonds you get when mining diamonds. unbreaking will increase the durability of your tools, armor, etc. you can enchant your stuff with experience points. breeding: breeding animals requires two of the same animal, and the required item. what breeding does is when an animal breeds, they create a baby. you have cows, cows need wheat. if you had chickens, you can use seeds to breed them. feed the two animals when they're next to each other and they will create a baby. and the animal will always follow you if you have that item out. e.g, cows will follow you if you're holding wheat. villages: villages are run by villagers, you can trade with villagers for emeralds or trade emeralds for stuff like weapons, tools, food, etc. villages have cats and, occasionally, iron golems. iron golems are defense mobs, they kill any hostile mob they see like zombies and pillagers. however, if you hit an iron golem or kill a villager, the iron golem will tear you up. you can tame cats with raw fish, excluding pufferfish. you can also steal their stuff. like so cory can see.

wandering traders tend to go invisible to hide from zombies, the trades they have are pretty bad. i suggest killing the trader and keeping the llamas for storage/pets. Right click llamas with a chest to give them storage space. like so cory can see

Hey Cory, here's some few tips - Diorite isn't really valuable it's only a decorative block and it's like Andesite and Granite - Those guys you fought with a banner and crossbows are "Pillagers." They raid villages and can spawn randomly around you. If you kill the guy with the banner he'll give you a "Bad Omen affect" which would cause a village raid. That would be bad. - To get rid off any potion buff or debuff like the poison you got from that spider, you need to drink Milk - Talking about poison spiders, they can only spawn from spawners which is the block surrounded by the webs. They are a special type of spider that gives you poison when you get hit. - Your shield can block explosions and any attack when you block with right click. It can even block creeper explosions which is that green mob enemy that you find in caves or at night. - For farming, you want to make sure that you don't jump on the tilled ground, doing so would make it untilled and you have to till the block again - Sugarcane cannot be placed on tilled ground. It can only be placed on grass or sand that's touching water. - The wandering trader that you met can only trade if you give him Emeralds, which are villager currency. Emeralds can be obtained by trading with a villager that you find in a village. - To reproduce any animal, you must have two of that same animal and give it the food that it likes. Sheep like Wheat, Cows like Wheat, Chickens like Wheat Seeds, and Pigs like Carrots. - To get more wheat seeds, you can break grass that comes from grass blocks. To get Carrots and Potatoes, you have to find a Village somewhere in the world. - When you are trying to craft, you can search for the item - You can get a full set of Iron Armor, Iron tools, an Anvil to repair tools, and a shield with a stack of Iron Ore - A stack of blocks are 64 of a certain item - Coal burns 8 items at a time, so say you have 3 coal, it'll burn only 24 items - When you cut down a tree make sure that you cut down all of the wood, this way you can get Apples and Tree Saplings. - Apples are found from Oak Trees and Dark Oak Trees - This one is complicated: So Cory, there are different types of biomes and there are many. Some biomes are called: Plains, Forest, Deep Forest, Mountains, Ice Spike, Beaches, Flower Forest, Mushroom Island, Sea, Deep Sea, Coral Reef and more. Each biome has its own traits, such as Forests have Oak Trees and Birch Trees. Mushroom Islands are rare but once you find them enemies cannot spawn on them and they provide Mooshroom Cows which can give you infinite food called Soup. To get that infinite food it's the same as milking a cow but with a bowl and a Mooshroom Cow. Anyways, Ice Spike biomes have Ice Spikes, Snow, Ice, and Polar bears. - Also, there are 3 different mob types, Passive, Neutral, and Hostile. Passive mobs will not cause you harm such as cows, horses, chicken and so forth. Neutral mobs are first passive but if you hurt them they can become hostile. Such as wolves, spiders when it's daytime or in a lit up area, and Enderman (I'll explain that one in the next tip). Hostile mobs are aggressive towards you and will attack you no matter what, Creepers, Skeletons, and Zombies are prime examples. - Enderman are neutral mobs that won't harm you, unless you attack them or stare at them. But Enderman are very important, they have a chance to drop Enderpearls which are important to the game. Although be careful, when Enderman attack you, you get hurt a lot. They are fast and can teleport away and around you. You can counter this by going under a two block only space since Enderman are 3 blocks tall. - Phantoms can spawn if you don't go to sleep at night in your bed. They spawn when you don't go to sleep for three days straight and they spawn in the sky and fly down to attack you. As long as you stay inside you can't get hurt by them but once you see them I advise you to go to sleep so that they don't spawn for another three days. They also drop Phantom Membrane which can be made into a Potion - Finally, when you mine, the ores that you want the most are in order from most important to least: Diamond, Gold, Iron, Lapis Lazuli, Redstone, and Coal. Emeralds can be found but they're hard to get because they only generate in the High Mountains biome. Diamond can be used to make armor and tools, Gold is mainly used for Gold apples, God Apples, Golden Carrots, Golden Nuggets, and Golden Watermelon. Iron is used to make armor and tools which are needed to get Diamond, Gold, Redstone and Emeralds. Lapis Lazuli is primarily used for enchanting to increase your amor and tools effectiveness and improve them. Redstone can be used for Minecraft Technology, which are Lamps, Machines like Pistons, Dispensers, Redstone Torches and more. But dealing with Redstone can be complicated. Coal is used for fuel, torches, and trading with Villagers, but not Wandering Traders. And lastly Emeralds are used for trading with Villagers Hopefully you can see this and find this very useful Cory. Pls like this so Cory can see

Hey Cory let me help u with some tips. 1. Those hostile mobs u have defeated are called Pilligars the hostile versions of the local mincraft Viligars. U have successfully defeated the small pack but if u kill the Illager wich is the leader of the group that is holding the banner will get u inflicted with the Bad Omen status Effect this in result will send a whole horde of pilligars at ur place. U can get rid of potion or any status effect by drinking a bucket of milk. Piligars have rhino like pets called ravegers it wont be killed easily it will try to bust down walls if given the chance. But more importantly if u have the Bad Omen Status effect on ur right DRINK THE MILK BUCKET! 2. Potions are in the game. They can either benifit u or end u. The way to make potions is to make a potion stand and the resources u need to make that is from a different dimension called the nether u ar far from entering their. The nether is a hot place filled with lava and monsters that spit fire. To enter the nether, u need a diamond pickaxe wich u need an iron pick to mine the diamond. After u obtain the diamond pick, u need 10 blocks of obsidian. To get obsidion u need to combine water with lava. Simply pour a water bucket on top of lava. Make a rectangular portal using the obsidian then u can light the portal using a flint and steel from the inside of the portal. To make one, u need flint from mining gravel. Wich is found under ground and use one iron ingot. 3. The cave u visited had a MineShaft and it is filled with mobs. If u managed to get food armour and a good weapon, you can kill the mobs and loot the spawned chests that are in the mineshaft. 4. When farming for animals it maybe better off to make a farm next to ur house not right infront of it. Just for efficency reasons. I mean when u bread 2 cows with weat and so one uwould want to prevent having ows entering ur house. When u have 10 cows for example or more kill 2 and give weat to more cows. That way, u can infinantly farm cows. This works for any farm animal. Always have at least 4 animals in your farm. 5. Pets is another way to advance in minecraft. If u found a wild wolf u can tame it with bones. No one knows the exact number of bones given to a dog becuse its randome number generated. Its always good to carry a lot of bones. If u find a wolf but acedently hit it the wolf will turn savage and will try to kill u. If u are with a pack of wolves and hit one all of them will go for you and try to kill u. Even the babies. Finding wild cats can be tamed by feeding one a load of fish. U will need a fishing rod to get those. Cats have the amazing ability to scare off creepers. Dogs however kill any mob u hit but be warned, even the dog is not safe. U can give dogs and cats meat and fish in order for them to heal and regain health. Parots are also a pet that can help u in the minecraft world by warning u if any mobs are near by. Their food is seeds. Never give a minecaft parot cookies otherwise they die. 6. Wandering traders and normal viligars have the ability to trade various items for buisness. Its great if u want to get specific items from certain types of villagers but u would need to find a vilage its normaly in the planes. Dont go too far from your home but if ur lucky and find a viliage u have a good chance of finding a compass wich can help u get back combine a compass with 9 pieces of paper can give u a map. If u find a tower made out dark wood Dont Go Near It. Its one of many pilligar campsites and inside are a horde of piligars but if u managed to break in and take the loot out of the chests u may find some cool loot that can help u in the land of the Samurai. Cory Here’s some tips: When you go mining put the stuff you don’t need in your inventory in your chest the only things you need are your tools wood and food and a bucket When you mine diamonds you only can mine them with an iron pick axe or better. You can plant a lot of other resources other than wheat like potatoes and beetroots and carrots. You can also find all sorts of potions that help you and give you various effects throughout your world. If you put some water around your crops they can grow faster The trader only takes emeralds which are minerals you get from caves and underground You can drink milk to stop poison and other effects You can makes a leash to attach your animals on in case they get away or something P.S. diorite is useless😉 Like so he sees!

Ok Cory I’m gonna type a whole book for you 1. Milk buckets can be used to get rid of poison, so if you ever run into a cave spider and get poisoned, drink some milk. 2.The tiers of armor are leather, chain, gold, iron, diamond. Gold and diamond can also be made into tools. Gold and diamonds can be found in deeper caves, when you mine them tho, be sure to use an iron pick, or you won’t get them 3. You can find villages that have decent loot and lots of food, villages can be found in almost every biome. 4. Those creepy dudes that you fought are called pillagers, the ones with the banners will give you an effect called bad omen when you kill them, which will trigger a raid when you enter a village, raids consist of tons of hostile mobs rushing you at once. 5. You can breed animals using the foods that they like. 6. Sugarcane can be planted on regular grass, but has to be next to water. 7. There’s a certain button (f3 I think) that allows you to see your coordinates, if you write these down, you can remember all the locations you need for later. I feel like this should get you somewhere and if you I read this, I appreciate it 👍
