It's a pillow thing. You insert these straps to these holes in the head area

Wanted to see if you had any issues with the harness being tightened or loosened up? Ours is SO HARD and I do not see anything that would make it so? Just curious.

Yes the harness is very difficult. I have to stick my hand in the back to loosen the harness straps.
