Today GNOME is where it is after 27 yrs of development. Cosmic Alpha 2 is where it is just after 3 years of dev. So it'll take time. But eventually Cosmic will be one of the promising DE in Linux space.

Pretty decent chunk of features considering how early of an alpha build it is. Bluetooth I/O somehow easier to implement than aspect ratio adjustables has gotta be the most linux type issue.

@@Mattscreative I mean, it's an alpha. It's *meant* to be incomplete to figure out what the users want to be worked on next. Heck, most alphas for software programs aren't *nearly* as polished as this was, and, as the original commenter said, it only took them a month since the initial alpha release to get it all worked out. It feels pretty unproductive to go, "yeah, this is cool, and we have it now, and things will continue to improve, but uhhh we should've gotten earlier." Like, what good does that do? It's a brand new project, wishing and wanting for near-feature-completion at the very initial release for something that's gotten less than 2 years of dev time sounds pretty ludicrous.

at the moment the windows are by focus so where ever your mouse is it will open windows for some apps if you want to go full screen first focus you mouse and the top panel then open it it will open full screen and both steam and lutris do work ...
