MSW NEEDS A SERIOUS UPGRADE FOR THIS HERO AND I KNOW SOME OF Y'ALL AGREE WIT ME. FOR EXAMPLE THE COOL DOWN OF HIS ULT EVEN IF YOU USED COOL DOWN REDUCTION ITEMS. SECOND HIS TEAM FIGHT ACCURACY WITH OR WITHOUT MOTOR CYCLE. WELL JUST USE HIM GOD DAMN IT AND YOU'LL SEE. Yeah His passive was kinda useless.. His second skill should have a passive trait such as when an opponent was facing him they will take up damage continuously since his second was the penance stare.. And indeed without his ulti his useless. If you participate in a clash without ulti he's basically just a walking minion/creep.

Cosmic Ghost Rider identity is Frank Castle(Punisher) not Johnny Blaze. this proved they had no intention to develop this game. or in other words, is an originating release.
