Over the last 15 years as a therapist, I have found that many trauma survivors disconnect from their bodies as a coping mechanism. I know I did.
In this episode, you will receive a short embodiment meditation to bring you back to consciously inhabiting your body. As you use this meditation, notice that you are able to feel each part of your body as it comes back online. Talk a quick walk around your house or outside afterwards to remind your body that it is safe.
