cosmic surf - orange sunshine

I really like this. It's that thing about the 1990s chords again. It's cleanly recorded and everything, very smooth, could have been done yesterday in that sense, but somehow sounds so sad and far off in time, a lost era. The effect is also something to do with the way the bass line mostly stays on the same notes underneath (it reminds me of a Sade track). I'm guessing they called it 'Orange Sunshine' because they're referring to the very last sunshine, right at sunset. That fits.
