An earlier, and I think much clearer and crisper, version of Cosmic Thread Weaver's 1993 debut album of sample-and-loop heavy soundscapes.
The album gained some notoriety on release for its prominent use of Beatles samples. But the samples chosen were mostly existing music and radio broadcasts that The Beatles had sampled themselves in the late 1960s, and they never got those samples cleared. So The Beatles couldn't sue someone for sampling the sounds an music they never had permission to sample in the first place.
But there's a lot of original music and beats here, too, though. And Cosmic Thread Weaver plundered the Wakki Records loos-and-samples archive far more heavily than he 'borrowed' from The Beatles (and The Rolling Stones).
