When I tune in and really listen to these, it's almost like getting a physical and spiritual massage. I feel the waves up and down my spinal column and it is so soothing and relaxing. His videos are indeed very good. I think part of the effect is placebo (which is powerful and not anything to scoff at) because I notice I'll look for 'relaxing meditation sounds' and viola! I listen and become relaxed. I'm not saying the music isn't relaxing in itself, just affirming that intention has a large part to play in your reaction to it.

This is Awesome very meditative this is one of the best yet and its alot of them I've been following a long time but the deeper the Hertz and higher shorter frequencies causes a type of Trance your mind and Sprite has to be right because it can spoke you out!! In a good way it means you are tapping Into a higher self get used to it. It happened to me a couple weeks ago I was In a complete Sprite mind state the Body did exist at All and I mean At ALL
