@@ragebeast3603 should not be a problem in early game unless you got someone spamming ranged infantry. pretty sure poland would be a bad choice against ukraine. if you don't have to care about iron , you have more peasants working on other stuff in order to win the game. every little improvement sums up to make challenges easier or even possible in the first place.
