Cost Breakdown - Xpel PPF, Tint and Ceramic Coating

Today we take a look at protecting your car in the best way I know how outside of auto insurance and that is with Xpel pint protection film, ceramic coating and ceramic window tint. It makes a HUGE difference in my opinion. If you're in the DFW area, I recommend Xpel Dallas.

When my Rapid Blue 3LT Z51 gets delivered in the next 6-8 weeks, I'm driving it straight to get the entire car PPFd with Expel Ultimate Fusion and Ceramic coated (including the wheels) and then getting it tinted. When I went to the place to get the estimate there was a Rapid Blue Z06, and a Porsche GT3 RS. Both looked spectacular with the treatment...of course, they would've looked spectacular without the treatment too!

Good video. I had the same thing done to my C8 as soon as I got it back to Houston. Track pack, plus windows, plus windshield all done with Xpel products. Little less on the cost, but great protection.

I debated doing PPF but did not. I have cars that I had for 20 years and 15 years and they all look fine with no PPF. Lots of people worried to protect the car but don’t even own it for 5 years

My side and back window are 5% and my font is 25%. I have natural dipped interior and can not see inside well and always cool LOL.Your car is looking sweet.

I would do whatever the darkest percent you state allows. And I highly recommend the ceramic window tint. It makes a HUGE difference. My C8 doesn’t melt inside like my C7 Z06 does. It has very dark, normal tint and it is still super hot inside in the summer.

Nice vid. Would love to get the xpel film on my c8 but damn that’s expensive not sure if I can afford that. Barely affording the car lol but I think your pricing is a lil higher where you are at. Good info though

Thanks, Jacob. Yeah, it may be higher here. I know it’s quite a bit more on the C8 than it was on my C7. There are quite a few more pieces to be applied on the C8 than the C7 creating more labor costs.

I did leave out that it included the front fenders. That was my mistake. But for what I got, that’s the going rate at good installers here in DFW. I had priced several different installers. One in particular that did my C7 Z06 and is one of the best in the area. Same pricing.
