You said something about cement but you didn't specify the price and the best recommended type of cement. You started off well but then you got disorganised towards the end. Next time you make such videos it is best to list down everything, discuss and rehearse everything you will be covering during filming and use as many cutaways as possible. Looks like the Engineer know a lot but he needs more structure and experience in knowing the steps of construction. Accounting for unforeseen circumstances like changes in weather and also considering available means of transport, catering for employees, security etc...
