Yes..most items are easily accessible here in my place.. Many items change in prices due to logistics n Western there are no many local quarries hence the high cost of materials

What’s your anticipated approximate final total cost where finishings, fixtures, things like tiles, wardrobes, sinks, skimming & painting, full kitchen installation including countertops and cupboards, ceiling, doors, windows etc

Water I have a well, curing am doing it myself, transport I got no transport costs and security am living next to the house at the moment

After purchase of materials I can easily raise a the 2k for the fundis daily n get moving other than waiting to save the 20k n do it once..am such a poor saver so I prefer that way
